True Blood season 2: Star signed on

True Blood season 2 has more casting news as we learn through The Hollywood Reporter that Ed Quinn has been signed on for a recurring role as Stan, a powerful vampire from Texas for Alan Ball’s hit HBO TV series True Blood. Mr. Quinn has appeared extensively in television and in movies including, “CSI:NY,” “Jack & Jill,” ” Young Americans” “The Rainbow Tribe” and ” Eureka.” In previous casting calls Stan is described as a metrosexual male vampire appearing to be in his 40s with a tendency to dress in expensive Western clothes. He is Godric’s lieutenant in Texas and considered to be a volatile troublemaker.
